We run . Which one you use depends on whether you need stock fast or you are optimising cost on a larger order. Both routes are available on most SKUs — the product page shows exactly which apply.
Route comparison
Transit times are estimates after dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Production time for custom items is additional and is stated on your quotation.
Order processing
US warehouse orders
- Order cut-off 14:00 EST for same-day dispatch
- Dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays
- Tracking number emailed on the day of dispatch
- Deliveries to the 48 contiguous states; Alaska and Hawaii quoted separately
Factory orders (China direct)
- Production begins once the deposit clears and artwork is approved
- Ready designs: 3–5 business days · custom: 5–10 business days
- Air express 12–18 business days, sea freight 25–35 business days
- Full carton and pallet packing available on request
Packing
- Wraps are separated so they do not rub in transit
- Cups and lids ship in master cartons sized for resale handling
- Neutral or branded outer cartons — tell us your preference
- Every carton is weighed and photographed before dispatch
Claims, shortages and returns
Inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If something is wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it.
- Shortage: send the packing list and a photo of the carton — verified shortages are replaced or credited.
- Defective items: send photos or a short video. Confirmed production defects are replaced at our cost.
- Change of mind: unopened, undamaged stock can be returned within 14 days at the buyer's freight cost. Custom-printed items cannot be returned.
- Damaged in transit: keep the packaging and photograph it before disposal — carriers require it for claims.
Remote postcodes, PO boxes, freight forwarder addresses and restricted destinations are quoted case by case. Tell us the delivery address with your enquiry and we will confirm feasibility before you order.
